Why should I wear cycling gloves?

posted Jan 10, 2011, 12:50 PM by Michael Gardner

If you crash, cycling gloves will provide some protection for your hands. Gloves also add more padding helping to eliminate the “shock” of hitting something, like a pot hole. If you cycle in cold weather, you may want to purchase full finger gloves to keep your hands warmer. Most cyclist prefer cycling gloves that have a thin layer of gel padding.
